Originally from the UK, Lucy has been working in the bike industry around the world for over 10 years. Living and working in New Zealand, Greece, mainland Australia and now calling Tassie home. Riding in amazing places, meeting like-minded people and building a large skill set to bring to North East Tasmania.

Mobile Repairs

Quality, reasonably priced repairs - at a time and location convenient to you anywhere in North East Tasmania.

No job too big or too small.

Servicing

We offer off-site comprehensive bike servicing.

Where we collect from a location convenient for you, assess the whole bike, address any issues and return the bike.

Where possible, we always endeavour to return the bike within 48 hours of collection.

Why should I get my bike serviced?

- Having a regularly serviced bike keeps it running at peak performance, meaning you can get the most out of your ride

- Prevent pre-mature wear on your components through regular servicing and cleaning. This can save you hefty repair costs down the line and work out cheaper

- Ride worry free - regularly servicing your bike gives you peace of mind, so you can better enjoy your time on the bike

Will you service my bike at my house?

Some of our service packages are designed to be completed on-site. However, for some more in-depth servicing, we will take the bike to our workshop to work on. We always endeavour to have the bike returned within 48 hours of collection

What times do you operate?

We offer appointments between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week. Get in touch to book when suits you best

What areas do you come to?

We will come anywhere in North East Tasmania.

What if I live outside the catchment area?

We welcome call-outs outside the catchment areas shown on the map, often we just have to charge a slightly higher call-out fee. Get in touch for more information and a quote

Why do you charge call-out fees?

We charge small call-out fees to certain areas to help cover our travel costs to get to these areas. This way we can keep our labour and component charges fair, consistent and affordable

What if I request a specific booking time/date?

We will always do our best to meet specific requests. If we are unable to come out at the initial requested time, we will work with you to find another time convenient for you

What if it can't be fixed on site that day?

If we can't fix the bike on-site when we come to you, we will either come back to repair it at a later time or return the bike to our workshop to fix it there and drop it back to you.

Why choose mobile bike repair instead of going to a bike shop?

- Convenience! We will come to your door, at a time that works for you.

- As a mobile business we have less overheads than a traditional brick-and-mortar bike workshop, this allows us to keep our prices more affordable whilst still doing professional quality repairs.
